Process
1. Proposal
Pre-defined MedTech manual packages cut down our proposal time from days or weeks, to minutes. We are incredibly flexible with Non-Disclosure and Service Agreements, and have yet to come across one we weren’t able to sign immediately. We are also structured to deliver the Manual as a good, rather than a service as an offering to save time.
2. Intake
To get started, we only need three things:
- A PO & Signed Proposal
- Brand Graphic Guidance (Colors and Logo)
- a uFMEA or Critical Task Analysis*
- CAD or a prototype of any associated device*
*Don’t worry If you do not have these items. We can still make your Manual, but there will be added time and likely cost
3a. Copy
We will immediately begin creating a drafting the copy of your manual utilizing a combination of proprietary A.I., decades of experience, and regulatory guidance templates
3b. Illustration
In parallel to the Copy, our team of illustrators will begin creating custom vector line art to effectively communicate key steps.
3c. Template
While we are working on the Copy and Illustrations, you will be given 4 pre–made, regulatory compliant, manual templates to choose from. Once you have selected the template that most aligns with your product and brand, we will pull together the first draft of the manual.
4. Feedback
The first draft of the manual will be sent with a feedback template. Feedback should be collected from all stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, Design, etc.) and aligned.
5. Deliver
The feedback will be incorporated and the final deliverables will be sent:
- Digital PDF
- Print Ready PDF
- Source file (Adobe Indesign)
- Source file (eps Vector Illustrations)
6. Support through Launch
We are huge advocates for formative evaluations. We are happy to incorporate consolidated feedback from every usability study you run on your project from our first engagement through the product launch at no additional cost.
